We offer a complete Landlord Management Service. Louis Johnson can help find new tenants for your property, take over dealing with existing tenants and supervise any building maintenance required.

Modern lettings are now on the basis of Assured Shorthold Tenancies - from the Landlords point of view, long or short lets are now possible and they have the advantage of obtaining possession, and from the tenants view point - they have the flexibility to move if desired.

Our initial advice again is free and without obligation. As with our knowledge of the Residential Property Market our experience of managing property spans over 50 years. Accounting can be at the landlords choice. We prepare Tenancy agreements in accordance with the Housing Act 1988.

We have on hand a team of joiners, plumbers, builders, etc. all suitably qualified for attending to maintenance work and engineers who can also provide the appropriate "Gas Certificate" required under present legislation.

We offer full management, charges normally set at 12.50% plus VAT (Value Added Tax) - we can also offer flexible services and fees can be set on a pro-rata basis.
